Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of toast
- 20 g cheese
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place 4 bacon slices overlapping one another and place a slice of toast in the middle. Grate the cheese over the toast and stack the second slice on top. Fold the ends of the bacon slices over the toast and place the remaining 4 bacon slices on top in the same pattern, folding them together at the bottom. Fry the bacon toast in a non-stick pan over medium heat until crispy on both sides.
