Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Sauce

The perfect cheese tortellini with tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 250 g Tortellini with cheese filling
  • 250 g Sieved tomatos
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Broth powder
  • 20 g Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  1. Bring the water with the teaspoon of salt and the oil to a boil. Put the tortellini in the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix the tomatoes with the cream, the pizza spice and the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the flour and bring to the boil again.
  3. Season to taste with the salt, pepper and paprika and mix the finished tortellinis with the sauce. Then serve immediately.
