Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 eggs, including the yolk
- 2 vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g sugar
- 750 g cream cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 bag(s) pudding powder, vanilla
- Sugar (orange sugar)
- Breadcrumbs , for sprinkling on the dough
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a dough from the first 6 ingredients. Line a springform pan with baking paper, pour in the batter, smooth it out, pull up one edge, and refrigerate for 60 minutes. Mix the next 9 ingredients in order. After 1 hour, remove the springform pan from the refrigerator, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the batter, pour the quark mixture on top, and bake in the center of the oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes. (Convection oven: 160°C for 1 hour). If the cake is getting too dark, cover with baking paper.
