Juicy cherry muffins

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 jar of cherries (sour cherries, 720 g)
  • 250 g margarine, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the sour cherries. Then combine all ingredients into a batter. Finally, fold in the sour cherries and fill the muffin tins. Done! Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes.
