Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 65 g sugar
- 65 g margarine
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 180 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream, do not beat!
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 500 g cheese (layered cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make the shortcrust pastry from the base ingredients. Pour the dough into the cake tin and press firmly. Press the edges very thinly, as they will expand during baking. Combine the topping ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix everything together. Spread the topping on the base. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes, then at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. If the cake is getting too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
