Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 butter biscuit(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt 0.5%
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp berries
- 1 tsp jelly, jam or marmalade, reduced calorie
Instructions

Crumble the biscuit and mix with the cinnamon powder. Place the crumbs in a glass. Mix the quark, yogurt, and vanilla sugar until creamy and layer on top of the crumbs. Mix the berries with the jam and pour over the crumbs.
