Cheesecake with crumbles and fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 can/n fruit of your choice (e.g. cherries)
  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 pack of pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and butter into crumbles. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a greased springform pan. Form a rim. Drain the fruit and spread it directly onto the crumble base. Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, quark, pudding mix, and lemon juice and pour this mixture into the springform pan. Then add the remaining crumbles. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
