Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
- 125 g butter
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
- 1 small can of pineapple (300 g), chopped
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatin

Grind the butter biscuits in a food processor. Melt the butter and press it firmly into a cake pan with the biscuit crumbs. Chill. Combine the cream and curd cheese in a bowl. Add the vanilla sugar. Strain the pineapple pieces and fold them in. Soak the gelatin leaves in a little water for a few minutes, then melt over medium heat. Quickly fold the gelatin into the pineapple mixture and pour it over the biscuit base as a filling. Cover the cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until ready to serve.
