Cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1,000 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 can of fruit (e.g. pears, peaches or tangerines)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with a hand mixer. Pour the prepared batter into a greased springform pan (26 or 28 cm). Sprinkle with fruit, if desired, and press in lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. This is the easiest cheesecake there is, and it really turns out great every time.
