Cheesecake without a base for those in a hurry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 375 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • possibly raisins or tangerines

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs (3 or 4, depending on the size). The batter should be really fluffy and light. Then stir in the quark, semolina, pudding powder, and baking powder. Line a round springform pan with baking paper and tip everything into it. If desired, add a few raisins or mandarin orange pieces to the batter. Bake in a cold oven on the lowest rack at 175°C (350°F) with top/bottom heat for 70 minutes. The top should be lightly browned. Let cool in the pan.
