Cheesecake without a pastry base

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the quark, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake on the middle rack at 175°C (fan oven) for approximately 60 minutes. (Please always do a toothpick test.)
