Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ jar jam (cherry jam)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup of quark
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the sugar with the quark and cherry jam and carefully fold in the cream.
