Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml sour cherry juice
- 250 ml cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 40 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 11 minutes
Whisk everything together and bring to a boil in a saucepan while stirring. Pour into glasses or molds. Serve cold or warm in a glass, or turn out cold.
