Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 g flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 130 g butter
  • 2 jars of morello cherries (350 g drained weight each)

for the Thermomix TM31 – quickly prepared

For the batter, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 15 seconds/speed 4. It may seem dusty, and the mixer may be running idle, but that’s exactly what you need! Place about 2/3 of the crumble topping into a greased 26 cm springform pan and press down lightly. Distribute the well-drained cherries on top. Sprinkle the remaining crumble topping over the crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Makes 12 slices. One serving contains approximately 255 kcal, 4 g protein, 10 g fat, and 37 g carbohydrates.
