Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g cream
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- eggnog
- Brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 1 jar cherry(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the cherries. Whip the cream with 2 packets of vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the quark and crème fraîche or sour cream with 50g of sugar. Carefully fold in the cream and egg liqueur (amount to taste). Place the cherries in a bowl, spread the cream on top, and sprinkle with the brittle just before serving.
