  • 200 g praline(s) (champagne truffles)
  • 70 g sugar
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 300 ml white rum
  • 200 ml sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the condensed milk, sugar, and chocolates in a saucepan and stir until all the chocolates have melted. Let everything cool slightly, then mix with the cream and rum. Season to taste. If you like, you can adjust the flavor with additional sugar or rum. Pour everything into a 750 ml bottle and store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy. Tip: Buy two of the ingredients—if you’ve tried it, you’ll know why. It also makes a great gift from the kitchen, and not just for girls.
