Cherry Marzipan Muffins

The perfect cherry marzipan muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Glass Sour cherries
  • 1 Vials Bitter almond flavor
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
  1. Coarsely grate 1,200 g of marzipan.
  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, bitter almond flavor and salt until frothy.
