Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 onion(s)
- 50 g gherkins
- 4 stalks of chervil
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Asparagus sauce
Peel the eggs and onion. Finely dice them along with the gherkins and place them in a bowl. Pluck the chervil leaves from the stems and add them. Mix everything with mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard, and finally season with salt and pepper. Serve with asparagus.
