Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g peanut butter
- 75 g butter, soft
- 135 g sugar
- 110 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 125 g flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

Recipe from the USA, makes about 18 brownies
Combine the peanut butter with the softened butter. Stir in the brown and white sugars, add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until creamy. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt and add to the butter mixture. Briefly mix by hand (not with a mixer!) until the dry ingredients just begin to moisten. Pour into a greased 22 x 22 cm pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
