- 130 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g chia seeds
- 100 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 40 g oat flakes
- 50 g blueberries, frozen
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- ½ tsp lemon zest and some juice or 1 bottle of lemon flavoring
- Bourbon vanilla pod(s)
- Stevia, optional

First, pour the almond milk into a jam jar/disposable jar or a watertight, sealable container. Then, add the oats, low-fat quark, chia seeds, honey or agave syrup, a little bourbon vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice or lemon flavoring to the jam jar, screw on the lid, and shake vigorously. If necessary, open the jar once and mix again with a spoon. Finally, add the blueberries to the jam jar, shake vigorously, and refrigerate for tomorrow’s work! The longer it sits in the fridge, the better it will be. The cheesecake has a total of: 405 kcal, 43 g carbohydrates, 10 g fat, and 25 g protein.
