Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 15 g chia seeds
- 100 ml water
- 180 g low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g protein powder, vanilla
- 125 g berries or fruit of your choice

Mix half of the low-fat quark with the chia seeds and 60 ml of water. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, during which time the chia seeds will swell. Pour the chia seed mixture into a tall container. Then add about 2/3 of the berries. Now mix the remaining low-fat quark with the protein powder and 40 ml of water and add it. Finally, top with the remaining berries. The pudding has 350 kcal.
