Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g chickpeas, dried
- 25 g feta cheese
- 25 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sesame paste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Thyme
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 40 minutes
simple, tasty and quick
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, simmer the chickpeas for about 30 minutes, then drain. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, blend, and season to taste. Delicious on fresh bread.
