Chia pudding with mango and blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300 ml milk or coconut milk
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 50 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

Add the chia seeds to the milk and let it soak for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Wash the berries, dice the mango half into small cubes. Mix the fruit and pudding together and enjoy.
