Ingredients

  • 600 g Wholegrain spelled
  • 150 g Wholegrain oat
  • 100 g Millet
  • 2 tbsp Gold linseed
  • 500 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds soaked
  • 2 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 3 tsp Sea salt
  • 200 g Granbarries
  • 150 g Chopped walnuts
  • 2 medium sized Mashed bananas
  • 800 ml Water

Instructions

preparation

  • Soak the 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in a cup (about 50 ml) with water.
  • Finely grind the millet with the flaxseed, put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir them with a whisk, then add the soaked chia seeds and the water and work into a dough and knead for a good 8 minutes - a food processor is better for this. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, the dough should double in size.
  • Knead the dough again, pour into 2 small or one large greased mold, brush with water and let rise for another 20 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Tip 4: you can also use raisins instead of granberries
