Chia water with lemon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Soak the chia seeds in half a glass of water for about an hour. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a second glass of water. Once the chia seeds are soaked, add the lemon water and mix with a tablespoon of honey. You can use a blender for this.
