Infused water for the barbecue evening

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • ½ liter grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 rosemary sprigs, fresh
  • 1 tbsp, heaped ginger, thinly peeled, chopped
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

for all meta types

Combine all ingredients in a carafe. Place the carafe in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to infuse. Strain everything through a sieve and serve with ice cubes.
