Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 250 g mixed berries
- 4 tsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp acacia honey
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 300 ml buttermilk or kefir
- ½ lime(s), juice
Instructions

Peel the grapefruit and blend it with all the remaining ingredients in a smoothie blender.
