Chia yogurt with fruit and spelt flakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 drops of Stevia Drops, vanilla
  • 4 tbsp spelt flakes
  • some fruit
  • 50 ml fruit juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the chia seeds with the fruit juice and let it stand for five minutes. You can also let it stand for a few hours or overnight. Mix the yogurt with the stevia drops and the chia seeds. Mix in the remaining fruit juice or strain it. Sprinkle the fruit and spelt flakes over the yogurt and serve.
