  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 can pineapple slice(s)
  • 1 point cooked ham
  • 1 pkt. sliced ​​cheese
  • 20 g flour
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 ml Cremefine

  • some pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and top with the cooked ham, pineapple slices, and sliced ​​cheese. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Make a roux with the butter and flour and add the cream and a little pineapple juice. Season the sauce with curry and salt to taste. Serve with rice.
