Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 100 g green beans (frozen)
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • savory
  • salt water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water. About 10 minutes before the potatoes are done cooking, brown the diced chicken breast fillet in a pan. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the frozen beans and fry for a short while. Season again with salt and savory. Finally, chop the tomatoes and add them as well. Cut the cooked potatoes into pieces and add them to the pan. Alternatively, you can use canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes, which will certainly thicken the dish a bit.
