Strawberry quark cake with yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g flour
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 85 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 45 g margarine, soft
  • 35 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g sweet cream, 0.5 pkt. strawberry cake cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • Chocolate (yogurt bars)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 45 minutes

Mix the above ingredients into a smooth batter and bake in a springform pan at 160°C for 25 minutes. Once cooled, place a cake ring around the cake and spread the melted chocolate coating over the base and allow to set. Mix the cake cream with the water and Amaretto. Fold in the quark and whipped cream. Add the chopped strawberries and spread the mixture over the base. Chill for 3 hours and decorate with a yogurt bar.
