Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi Seasoning Mix No. 3
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • some cheese, grated
  • some olive oil
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

in delicious cream sauce

Cut each chicken breast fillet into 3 thin cutlets, season with salt, pepper, and the spice mix. Fry in olive oil and place in a greased casserole dish. Finely chop the vegetables and sauté them in the remaining frying fat with the tomato paste and granulated stock. Then deglaze with the whipped cream and pour over the chicken breast. If desired, top with some grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
