Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken heart(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped polenta
- 1 tbsp, heaped potato flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Clean the hearts. Then place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then roast in the oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes until crispy.
