Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat, shredded
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 350 g mushrooms, fresh
- 300 g zucchini
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 100 ml whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions

in a fine zucchini cream sauce
Briefly rinse the turkey meat under cold water and pat dry. Peel and finely dice the onion. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Wash the zucchini, halve it, and also thinly slice it. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy. Add the onion, mushrooms, and zucchini to the meat and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for about 3 minutes, until the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pick off leaves, and finely chop. Sprinkle over the turkey strips. Serve with rice, but pasta works just as well.
