Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions

Mix everything well and pour over either chicken breast fillets or boneless chicken thighs. Marinate overnight and grill until cooked to your desired doneness.
