Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g turkey or chicken breast
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 30 g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp, heaped marjoram, dried
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- some stock powder
- some paprika powder, sweet
- some garlic
- Clarified butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grind the meat, onion, and carrots through a meat grinder. Mix in the remaining ingredients and season well with the spices. You can add a little more breadcrumbs if the batter is still too wet. Form the mixture into flat patties. Fry in a heated pan in clarified butter for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
