Ingredients
- 125 g Low fat quark
- 60 g Melted butter
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Lemon zest
- 150 g Sifted flour
- 125 ml Low fat milk
- 3 Eggs
- 300 g Drained tangerine preserve
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Low fat quark
Instructions
- Put the low-fat quark in a bowl, melt the butter. Add to the quark with the sugar and lemon zest and stir well. Sift in the flour and stir in the low-fat milk.
- Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the quark mixture, beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter. Bake about 8 waffles from the batter in the waffle iron. Keep the finished waffles warm.
- Drain the tangerines, collecting the juice. Mix the tangerines into the low-fat quark. Season to taste with the juice and vanilla sugar. And serve with the curd waffles.
