Quark Waffles with Fruit Quark

Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Low fat quark
  • 60 g Melted butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 125 ml Low fat milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 300 g Drained tangerine preserve
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Low fat quark

Instructions
 

  • Put the low-fat quark in a bowl, melt the butter. Add to the quark with the sugar and lemon zest and stir well. Sift in the flour and stir in the low-fat milk.
  • Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the quark mixture, beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter. Bake about 8 waffles from the batter in the waffle iron. Keep the finished waffles warm.
  • Drain the tangerines, collecting the juice. Mix the tangerines into the low-fat quark. Season to taste with the juice and vanilla sugar. And serve with the curd waffles.
