Chicken salad with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g chicken, cooked
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. water
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • Parsley for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the chicken, ham, and cheese into strips. Deseed and dice the tomatoes. Mix the mayonnaise with the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Finely dice the garlic and add it. Add the chicken, ham, and cheese strips and the diced tomatoes to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for a while. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
