Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 chicken legs
- 1 serving of soup vegetables
- Water
- 1 class jar of celery salad, approx. 320 g
- 1 small jar of mushrooms, sliced, approx. 280 g
- 1 small jar of Miracle Whip, 250g
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the chicken thighs in boiling water with the vegetables until tender. Let cool, then chop the meat into small pieces. Drain the liquid from the celery salad and mushrooms. Add the Miracle Whip, celery, and mushrooms to the meat. Mix everything together and season with sugar, salt, pepper, and chili powder, if desired. Tip: Prepare the night before and let it marinate overnight.
