Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 125 ml low-fat milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 80 g bratwurst (poultry sausage)
  • 250 g green beans
  • savory

Trim and wash the beans and cook in salted water. Add the savory to the cooking water. Peel and wash the potatoes, coarsely chop them, and cook in salted water. Drain the water, mash the potatoes, and stir in the slightly warmed milk. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Fry the bratwurst in a pan without fat. Tip: 100g of pork schnitzel or 1 boiled egg instead of bratwurst will each yield 2 points less!
