Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 350 g chicken, shredded
  • 3 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. curry powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onions. Heat a little olive oil and sauté the chopped onion. Then season the meat with salt and pepper and brown it with the onions. After a few minutes, sprinkle with the curry powder and continue to brown. When the meat is seared to your liking, add the honey. Don’t add too much, or it will drown, as the honey will completely liquefy. Toss the mixture well, making sure the honey doesn’t burn. After 2-3 minutes, the meat will be cooked through.
