Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken strips or chicken schnitzel
- 4 potatoes, boiled
- 300 g vegetable mix (California-style stir-fried vegetables)
- 200 ml light hollandaise sauce
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
easy and fast
Briefly fry the chicken and season well. Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Place everything in a casserole dish and top with the vegetable mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Finally, sprinkle with the hollandaise sauce and grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
