Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,500 g chicken wings, fresh
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Wash the chicken wings, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and set aside. Combine the oil, mustard, soy sauce, honey, and Tabasco. Peel the garlic cloves, press them through a garlic press, and add them to the marinade. Add the spices to the marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and let them chill for at least 12 hours. Then cook in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes or grill until crispy.
