Ingredients
- 1 kg Quark lean
- 250 ml Cream 10% fat
- Salt and pepper
- 15 g Herbs de Provence
- 1 kg Waxy potatoes
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, stir the quark with the cream until it is nice and creamy, season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs, shake dry and roughly chop. Mix the herbs into the quark and let steep for 20 minutes. If necessary again Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes and serve with the herb quark.
