Chicory Egg Pan
The perfect chicory egg pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Onions
- 3 piston Chicory
- 8 Tomatoes dried in oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Egg milk
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Chives
ingredients
- Peel the onion into small cubes, halve the chicory, remove the bitter stalk and cut into strips.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, add the onion and roast with it.
- Now add the chicory and the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Egg milk
- Whisk the milk with the eggs and the spices well, pour over the chicory mince pan and let it set.
Complete
- Now sprinkle with a little chives and enjoy with potatoes – Bon appetit; 🙂
