Ingredients
- 2 Fresh, medium chicory
- 1 Apple / Pink Lady
- 100 g Fresh mushrooms
- 0,5 can Mandarin wedges
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 ml Whole milk
- 50 ml Orange juice
- 0,5 Squeeze the lemon
- 20 g Pine nuts and sunflower seeds
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Clean the chicory and mushrooms, cut out the middle stem of the chicory, peel and divide the apple. Cut the mandarin wedges into small pieces.
- Prepare the dressing, stir together the oil, cream, milk and juice. Season to taste with the spices
- Cut the chicoree and mushrooms into slices, add the chopped apple and tangerines to the dressing and fold in. Pour the lemon juice over it.
- Let the finished chicory salad stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. - Good Appetite!!! PS: I also liked the chicory casserole with gratinated feta cheese !!
