Fruity Chicory Salad
The perfect fruity chicory salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 1 small piece Zucchini
- 1 Apple
- 1 Peach
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- Lemon
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cranberries
- Parsely
- Dill
- Chives
- 5 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon oil
- Sugar
- Wasabi radish
Aside from that
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Walnuts
- Clean the chicory, cut in half, remove the bitter stalk, cut into small pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice in a bowl.
- Peel and chop the apple and peach and add to the chicory with the quartered tomatoes.
- Wash the parsley, dill and chives – shake dry, cut into small pieces and add to the salad with the cranberries, season with salt.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together well.
- Put a few chicory leaves on a plate, arrange the salad on top and the hard-boiled egg, cut into slices.
- Now the dressing and a few walnuts on top and a great salad is ready for me as a low-carbohydrate dinner.
