Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 2 cans of mandarin oranges, 314 ml
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • Chocolate Kisses, Mini
  • gummy bears

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 50 minutes

Cream together the butter, 125g of sugar, and salt. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, along with a spoonful of flour each. Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and stir in the milk. Pour the batter into a greased 26cm springform pan and bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Drain the mandarins. Mix the quark with the remaining 75g of sugar, whip the cream with cream stabilizer until stiff. Fold the cream, then the mandarins, into the quark. Remove the cooled base from the pan and place a cake ring around it. Spread a thin layer of cream and place marshmallows around the edge. Pour the remaining cream into the center and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours. Before serving, remove the cake from the ring and decorate with gummy bears.
