Chili Con Carne with Mini Cabanossi

The perfect chili con carne with mini cabanossi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Mini Cabanossi
  • 8 Cans Kidney beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Chilli pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Peel the onions and garlic and sauté in the oil until translucent, clean, dice and add the peppers, stir in the tomato paste, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, cut the chilli peppers very finely and add the other spices to the minced meat, dust with the flour, pour on the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
  2. Now drain the beans and corn in a sieve and add to the mincing pot with the Mini Cabanossi, let it get hot and serve with baguette bread.
