Chili – Strawberry Jam

The perfect chili – strawberry jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Fresh strawberries
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 Chilli peppers, vary according to desire and heat
  • 75 g Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content
  1. Put the washed fruits, chopped chilli peppers and preserving sugar in a large saucepan, stir well, then heat and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 4 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the dark chocolate and stir into the strawberry mixture. Now fill the hot rinsed glasses to the brim, close them and let them cool upside down.
